Pleasant! Efficient! Budget-friendly!

I am getting a place ready for sale and needed to update the flooring. I went into the showroom at Ralph Opfer Floors and they were extremely helpful in choosing what would look best and work within my tiny budget. The flooring had to be ordered but after it came in, the installers were here the very next day! It looks great. I got luxury vinyl tile for one bathroom and carpet in the rest of the house. Five stars for Ralph Opfer Floors. I do have to re-touch some baseboard dings, but that is to be expected with carpet installation. I would recommend Ralph Opfer Floors!

Superb Service

I have tried to have a floor installed in a bedroom for an extended period of time, but everyplace I went to look at flooring was not at all helpful. The staff at Ralph Opfer helped me pick out the perfect flooring at a reasonable cost, and within two weeks the floor was installed. The end product is just what I always wanted. I can't remember receiving such superior service, and receiving a better product for the money.

Great Work

Ralph Opfer Floors was a recommendation from a friend. I had them install laminate upstairs, which turned out great, and some carpeting on my stairs. Both projects were done by different groups and I felt that the stair group was less careful and there ended up being some problems. I called the company right away and they quickly fixed it. Their pricing was fair and they were easy to schedule with. Overall I was very pleased with their work and I already have another estimate to get more work done with them!

A great custom touch

We were replacing a carpeted bathroom if you can believe it, and the guys over at Ralph Opfer Floors really helped us out. We wanted to remove the carpet but we just could not find matching tile that matched between the commode and the hallway. These guys gave a custom recommendation that included some shaved riverbed rock as an accent and it came out simply fantastic. Their custom touch and expertise is what really put them over the top for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone because they can make the best of any situation!

I decided to choose Ralph Opfer Floors because I called a couple of companies about carpet installation and they were the only ones who would install a carpet that I had bought even though I didn't purchase it in their store. I ended up buying matching carpet from them and we scheduled an appointment for them to come and install the carpets. The entire experience was great. They were professional on the phone and in store. Our carpets look amazing and their prices were fair. I'll use them again the next time I'm in the market for new carpeting.

We purchased engineered wood flooring for three of our rooms at Ralph Opfer Floors and they were extremely professional and helpful while explaining the different types of flooring that were available to us. We felt confident that they would do a good job of the installation because of how wonderful they were in store and we were right. When it came time to install the flooring, the person who came out was professional and did an excellent job. He was precise while cutting the different angles in our family room and everything matched perfectly. Afterwards, he cleaned up nicely and our flooring looks beautiful. I have tried to have a floor installed in a bedroom for an extended period of time, but everyplace I went to look at flooring was not at all helpful. The staff at Ralph Opfer helped me pick out the perfect flooring at a reasonable cost, and within two weeks the floor was installed. The end product is just what I always wanted. I can't remember receiving such superior service, and receiving a better product for the money.

Fantastic experience

Love my new floor. It was the best home improvement project I've ever experienced. It was never inconvenient and the work site was always clean and well maintained. Skyler is the best and such a perfectionist.

Great Work

Ralph Opfer Floors was a recommendation from a friend. I had them install laminate upstairs, which turned out great, and some carpeting on my stairs. Both projects were done by different groups and I felt that the stair group was less careful and there ended up being some problems. I called the company right away and they quickly fixed it. Their pricing was fair and they were easy to schedule with. Overall I was very pleased with their work and I already have another estimate to get more work done with them!

Had tiling and flooring installed

Fabulous! Very professional – great to work with. The installer of both my shower tiles and the flooring though out the house was a perfectionist in a good way, very precise. Everything looks great!!! Have and will continue to recommend to all!

A great custom touch

We were replacing a carpeted bathroom if you can believe it, and the guys over at Ralph Opfer Floors really helped us out. We wanted to remove the carpet but we just could not find matching tile that matched between the commode and the hallway. These guys gave a custom recommendation that included some shaved riverbed rock as an accent and it came out simply fantastic. Their custom touch and expertise is what really put them over the top for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone because they can make the best of any situation!

Good selection, service, and prices

I decided to choose Ralph Opfer Floors because I called a couple of companies about carpet installation and they were the only ones who would install a carpet that I had bought even though I didn't purchase it in their store. I ended up buying matching carpet from them and we scheduled an appointment for them to come and install the carpets. The entire experience was great. They were professional on the phone and in store. Our carpets look amazing and their prices were fair. I'll use them again the next time I'm in the market for new carpeting.

I needed to buy one room of carpet so I went to Ralph Opfer Floors. The sales people here are phenomenal, they helped me decide what to go with and what would be in my price range. Extremely satisfactory, our hardwood floors look beautiful

We purchased engineered wood flooring for three of our rooms at Ralph Opfer Floors and they were extremely professional and helpful while explaining the different types of flooring that were available to us. We felt confident that they would do a good job of the installation because of how wonderful they were in store and we were right. When it came time to install the flooring, the person who came out was professional and did an excellent job. He was precise while cutting the different angles in our family room and everything matched perfectly. Afterwards, he cleaned up nicely and our flooring looks beautiful. As residents of our community, we should utilize our local shops whether it's flooring, plumbing, etc. It was a pleasure to do business with Ralph Opfer Floors and we highly recommend them!

These guys are great!

We recently had some new flooring put in by the folks over at Ralph Opfer Floors and they did such a great job we immediately hired them for another job. Along with the new flooring done we wanted some other remodeling done and they agreed to do that as well. Quick and Quality Service

The guys over at Ralph Opfer Floors really did a great job. I really like that they came at the scheduled time, and they worked super fast in putting the carpet down without sacrificing quality. When they were finished they left everything super clean and everything went really well.
